The Model 5132 Party-Line Interface Module is a compact, self-contained unit for use in custom broadcast, live-performance, and general party-line intercom applications. The module provides a high-quality 2-channel party-line to analog line-level (4-wire) audio signal interface in an easy to use yet technically sophisticated package. The module's basic functions include two channels of 2-wire-to-4-wire conversion with auto-null capability, input and output level metering, a +28 Vdc party-line power source with two channels of 200 ohm intercom audio termination, and DC output control and status monitoring. With the internal party-line power source enabled, beltpack user devices can be directly connected. Alternatively, the Model 5132 can be connected into an existing party-line circuit that includes a power source and intercom audio terminations. Two analog inputs and two analog outputs interface the Model 5132 with a variety of external audio transport, matrix intercom, and infrastructure equipment. Module operation requires only an externally-provided source of 12 Vdc. Advanced features include remote control and monitoring capability when installed with a Studio Technologies' Model 5190 Remote Access Module.

5150 Video Generator Module
Coaxial SDI Input and Output: BNC, 3G-SDI optimized, gold plating on center pin, per IEC 61169-8 Annex A Optical Module: MSA-compliant SFP DC Input/Data: 1, 4-position male header; refer to Appendix B in the User Guide for mating connector details GPI/GPO: 1, 3-position male header (applies to modules with serial numbers 00251 and later); refer to Appendix B in the User Guide for mating connector details
The Model 5150 Video Generator Module is a unique device suited for a variety of custom broadcast, post-production, industrial, and corporate multimedia installations. As a member of the 5100-Series of modules, the Model 5150's compact size belies its powerful video feature set. Advanced circuitry within the Model 5150 supports the generation of a broadcast-standard high-definition SDI signal. And rather than reproducing a fixed test pattern, the Model 5150 has the capability to store and output two custom video images. The images, one for 720 and one for 1080, are based on bitmap (.bmp) files that can be created using a personal computer's graphics program. For convenience, the .bmp files are loaded into the module's non-volatile memory via a standard USB flash drive. The appropriate 720 or 1080 image is automatically connected to the SDI output whenever an SDI input signal is not present. This ensures that an SDI output signal is always sent to equipment further along the signal chain.

5152 Video GeneratorAudio Embedder Module
Coaxial SDI Input and Output: BNC, 3G-SDI optimized, gold plating on center pin, per IEC 61169-8 Annex A Optical Module: MSA-compliant SFP Digital Audio Input: 1, 9-pin D-subminiature female (DE-9F); requires installer-provided DE-9M DC Input/Data: 1, 4-position male header; refer to Appendix B in the User Guide for mating connector details GPI/GPO: 1, 3-position male header (applies to modules with serial numbers 00251 and later); refer to Appendix B in the User Guide for mating connector details
The Model 5152 Video Generator/Audio Embedder Module is a unique device suited for a variety of custom broadcast, post-production, industrial, and corporate multimedia installations. As a member of the 5100-Series of modules, the Model 5152's compact size belies its powerful video and audio feature set. At its most basic, the Model 5152 provides the ability to embed up to eight audio channels (four AES3 digital audio pairs) into an SMPTE®-compliant HD- or 3G-SDI video stream. Unlike most stand-alone embedder products, Model 5152 embedding operation does not require an external source of SDI to be connected. Advanced circuitry within the Model 5152 supports the generation of a broadcast-standard high-definition SDI signal. And rather than reproducing a fixed test pattern, the Model 5152 has the capability to store and output two custom video images. The images, one for 720 and one for 1080, are based on bitmap (.bmp) files that can be created using a personal computer's graphics program. 5154 Video GeneratorAudio De-Embedder Module
Coaxial SDI Input and Output: BNC, 3G-SDI optimized, gold plating on center pin, per IEC 61169-8 Annex A Optical Module: MSA-compliant SFP Digital Audio Outputs: 1, 9-pin D-subminiature female (DE-9F); requires installer-provided DE-9M, 4-40 hardware DC Input/Data: 1, 4-position male header; refer to Appendix B in the User Guide for mating connector details
The Model 5154 Video Generator/Audio De-Embedder Module is a unique device suited for a variety of custom broadcast, post-production, industrial, and corporate multimedia installations. As a member of the extensive 5100-Series of modules, the Model 5154's compact size belies its powerful audio and video feature set. At its most basic, the Model 5154 provides the ability to de-embed up to eight audio channels (four AES3 digital audio pairs) from a SMPTE®-compliant HD- or 3G-SDI video stream. The SDI source, connected either by way of a coaxial (BNC) or optional fiber optical input, will always be routed to the coaxial (BNC) and optional fiber optic outputs. Should a source not be connected to the SDI input, advanced circuitry within the Model 5154 will automatically generate a broadcast-standard SDI signal. This ensures that devices downstream from the Model 5154 will always be presented with an active SDI signal.

5121 LineIFB Output Module
Line and IFB Outputs: 3, 3-pin male XLR AES3 Digital Audio Input: 1, DIN 1.0/2.3-compliant coaxial Analog Audio Inputs: 1, 5-position male header; refer to Appendix A in the User Guide for mating connector details DC Input/Data: 1, 4-position male header; refer to Appendix A in the User Guide for mating connector details
The Model 5121 Line/IFB Output Module is a compact, self-contained 2-channel module intended for use in custom broadcast, live-performance, and other specialized audio applications. The module provides broadcast and production talent cueing interfaces, specifically two line-level dry outputs and one powered wet IFB output, in an easy-to-use yet technically sophisticated package. (Note that IFB is an acronym for Interrupted Fold Back, an arcane broadcast technical term meaning the cue signals sent to on-air talent or other technical support personnel.) The module's basic functions include analog and digital audio inputs, input level and status LED indicators, two analog line-level outputs, and a 2-channel powered wet broadcast-standard IFB output. Remote monitoring and control capability is included to support advanced applications. Module operation requires only a source of analog or digital audio, along with an externally-provided source of 12 volts DC.
